• Mahmoud Riad Alkerdasy graduated with honours from the University of Sharjah in 2018 and joined the firm shortly thereafter. Since joining, he has undergone rigorous training across multiple practice areas and has quickly developed into a capable, detail-oriented, and reliable practitioner trusted with an increasing level of responsibility.
• Mahmoud has developed a strong focus on real estate and tenancy matters, regularly handling cases before the Rental Disputes Centre and advising clients on landlord-tenant disputes, eviction proceedings, rental valuations, and service charge issues. He also assists with property transactions, off-plan disputes, and matters involving the Dubai Land Department. Beyond real estate, Mahmoud contributes to the firm's corporate and intellectual property work, assisting with company formations, licensing matters, trade mark registrations, and IP advisory — bringing a methodical and thorough approach to every file he manages.
