Mahmoud Abdel Rahman brings over twenty years of legal
experience across Egypt and the Gulf region. He holds a law degree from the American University
in the UAE, a master's degree in administrative law, and is currently pursuing doctoral research
in public international law. Accredited by the Egyptian Bar Syndicate at the High Appeal level
since 2010 and registered with the UAE Ministry of Justice, he has built a broad and versatile
practice spanning corporate advisory, commercial litigation, arbitration, and criminal law.
Mahmoud advises on corporate structuring, mergers and
acquisitions, governance, and regulatory compliance, and has extensive experience drafting and
negotiating complex commercial agreements. On the contentious side, he manages high-stakes
litigation and arbitration across multiple jurisdictions, bringing a strategic and
commercially-minded approach to dispute resolution. His practice also covers labour matters,
real estate disputes, and criminal defence — including financial crimes, fraud, and breach of
trust — giving him a breadth of experience that allows him to advise clients holistically across
both civil and criminal dimensions of complex matters.
