• Appellate Lawyer and Egyptian Legal Consultant Abdelaziz Khafagy has more than sixteen years of professional experience in litigation, legal consultancy, and legal drafting in both the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United Arab Emirates. He currently serves as Legal Director at Mohamed Al Sheikh Advocates & Legal Consultants, where he oversees the firm’s legal operations, manages litigation and dispute files, develops appropriate legal strategies, and coordinates with legal teams to ensure the efficient handling of complex matters and all stages of litigation.
• He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Mansoura University in 2010 and obtained a Master’s Degree in Public Law and Administrative Sciences in 2014. He is currently pursuing doctoral research in law. His combination of specialized academic qualifications and extensive practical experience has strengthened his ability to examine and analyze legal matters from legislative, judicial, and practical perspectives.
• Throughout his career, Abdelaziz Khafagy has held several significant legal positions. He worked as a lawyer at Mansoura University and as a legal consultant to the Faculty of Law before moving to the United Arab Emirates, where he worked as a legal consultant in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. He has also been registered with the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department. This diverse professional background has provided him with extensive knowledge of legal systems, litigation procedures, and dispute management practices in both Egypt and the UAE.
• His professional experience covers civil and commercial disputes, corporate disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency matters, criminal cases, insurance disputes and claims, enforcement proceedings, as well as commercial and international arbitration. He also has substantial experience in reviewing case files, analyzing facts and evidence, drafting statements of claim, legal memoranda and appeals, managing various stages of litigation, and developing comprehensive legal strategies tailored to the nature and requirements of each dispute.
